At The Great Vault, we are committed to providing high-quality, factory-sealed products for collectors and enthusiasts. Please review our return policy, as it is designed to ensure transparency and protect the integrity of our products.
1. No Returns on Delivered Products
Due to the nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
All products are directly from distributors and factory sealed.
We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects, slight packaging tears, or imperfections.
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you believe there is a significant issue, reach out to our support team at Support@thegreatvault.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
2. Canceled Orders
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to the order processing fee incurred for completed transactions (approximately 3% of the total order value).
This fee is non-refundable, as it is charged to us by payment processors.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged during shipping:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging for review.
Upon approval, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or provide a resolution based on the situation.
4. Important Notes on Packaging
While we take every precaution to protect your items during transit, slight wear and tear to outer packaging may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items for:
Minor dents, scuffs, or bends to packaging.
Factory-sealed items with manufacturer defects.
Our products are designed to preserve their integrity, and these minor imperfections do not affect the quality or value of the cards inside.
