Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing The Great Vault for your collectible needs. We strive to provide our customers with early access to highly anticipated products through our pre-order system. Please review the following policy regarding pre-orders to ensure a smooth experience.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure a product in advance of its official release date. This ensures that you’ll receive the product as soon as it becomes available.
Pre-orders are fulfilled based on the release date provided by our distributors.
All products listed as "pre-order" will include an estimated release date, which is subject to change.
2. Payment for Pre-Orders
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item(s).
This guarantees your allocation of the product and locks in your purchase price.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment
Pre-orders will ship on or shortly after the product’s official release date, as soon as inventory is received from the distributor.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
For customers needing separate shipments, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
4. Delays and Cancellations
Release dates are subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
In rare cases, distributor shortages may result in us being unable to fulfill your pre-order. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled item(s).
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Pre-orders canceled by the customer are subject to the order processing fee incurred for completed transactions (approximately 3% of the total order value).
This fee is non-refundable, as it is charged to us by payment processors.
Refunds for cancellations will exclude this processing fee.
Note: Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the item has shipped.
6. No Returns on Pre-Orders
As with all products from The Great Vault, pre-order items are non-returnable once delivered.
Please review our Return Policy for more information on our terms regarding delivered items.
7. Important Notes
Prices and availability for pre-order items are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
Slight packaging imperfections may occur during shipping. These minor issues do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
